The mirror test that tells you which kind you have
Look in a mirror with your face completely relaxed. Lines you can still see are static lines: the skin itself has changed, through collagen loss and sun exposure. Now raise your brows and squint. Lines that appear only then are dynamic lines, caused by muscle movement folding the skin. Almost everyone over about 35 has some of both, and most treatment plans that work address both.
Dynamic lines: relax the muscle
Forehead lines, the frown lines between the brows and crow's feet are movement lines, and neurotoxins are the direct answer. Botox, Dysport and Xeomin relax the specific muscle creating the crease so the skin over it stops folding. Treated early, before the line has etched in, they also stop a dynamic line becoming a static one, which is why people who start in their thirties tend to need less over time rather than more.
Static lines: rebuild the skin
A line visible at rest needs the skin itself improved, and that means collagen. Microneedling triggers collagen through controlled micro-injury and is one of the better options for texture and etched lines. RF skin resurfacing heats the deeper layers to prompt the same response without affecting the surface. Chemical peels work from the top down on tone and finer surface lines. All three build over months rather than weeks.

When the problem is not the line at all
Some of what people read as wrinkling is lost support underneath. A flattened cheek drops the skin below it and deepens the fold from nose to mouth, and no amount of resurfacing that fold will fix it. Restoring the structure with dermal filler or a collagen stimulator like Sculptra often softens the line without touching it. Working out which of these you have is the reason to be assessed rather than to book a treatment by name.

The part that is free
Most of what ages facial skin in South Florida is cumulative ultraviolet exposure, and it accrues on ordinary days rather than only on the beach. Daily broad-spectrum sunscreen does more for fine lines over a decade than any single treatment, and it protects the results of everything you do pay for. Any provider who recommends a treatment plan without mentioning sun protection has left out the cheapest part of it.
