Every non-surgical tightening device has a limit, and being honest about it is what separates a plan that works from a package that disappoints. These treatments do well on crepey texture and mild to moderate laxity. They do not remove significant loose skin after major weight loss or pregnancy, and no device does, whatever the marketing says. If you are past that ceiling we will tell you at consultation and suggest a surgical opinion instead of selling you a series.
The treatment heats tissue to trigger a wound-healing response, and the collagen that produces takes months to build and remodel. There is no version of this where the result arrives next week. Sessions are spaced to let that process run, and the outcome is judged well after the last appointment.

Reducing fat in an area can make the skin over it look looser, because there is less filling it out. Where both are in play, the order and spacing matter, and that is a plan rather than two bookings. The area is assessed and gel is applied. The handpiece moves across the skin while the tissue is brought up to a target temperature, which feels like deep, building warmth rather than pain. Body areas take longer than facial ones. Afterward the skin is pink and warm for a few hours. There is no downtime and you can go straight back to normal activity.
