Salon Oasis of Boca Raton was founded by co-owners Jeffrey Koket and Michael Smith. The two specialize in hair color and have been hairstylists in the Boca Raton area for more than forty years collectively. They have engaged a team of professionals to bring the best hair design, services and client experience over to Boca.

Michael Smith
Master Colorist
Michael’s concept of gorgeous hair is that it should look as though you want to touch it. He believes that fabulous hair coloring should impart shine, texture, tone, depth and richness. And his expertise in creating a gorgeous head of hair is more than apparent once you emerge from his chair after experiencing his blonde-beautifying highlighting techniques, or having a color correction performed.
British Vogue and other top fashion magazines from across the pond have featured Michael’s hair-color creations. His global perspective on hair design is quite possibly a result of being born in the UK, and owning hair salons in South Africa and St. Maarten, NA. Michael boasts extensive European training in color technique, and sports an enigmatic British accent to boot.
Michael has always had a keen interest in fashion and style. He is very particular with his work and caters to a very discerning clientele. Michael prefers Goldwell and Majirel (consider the Rolls Royces of hair color lines) for their quality and integrity of color pigment and he has the highlighting foils that he uses imported from London. Michael’s vision for Salon Oasis is to provide current and future clients with an environment in which to absolutely immerse themselves in luxury services.
Jeffrey Koket
Master Colorist
Jeffrey has a unique eye for aesthetics, beauty, fashion and design that helps to drive the high caliber of style and client savvy atmosphere at Salon Oasis of Boca Raton. Creating hair color that works for the individual is Jeffrey’s specialty. His clients’ lifestyles, their desires and the image that they want to project are all talked through as a mutual decision is made about the look, the maintenance, and the next steps for each individual’s hair.
Jeffrey utilizes various coloring techniques to arrive at precisely the look he wants. He is as comfortable with high intensity color with a gloss overlay or a balayage accent as he is with multi-dimensional techniques with varied combinations of highlights and lowlights. According to Jeffrey, few things are sexier than healthy, shiny hair that has precisely the right color intensity and movement.
It’s not at all surprising that Jeffrey’s persona thrives in his creative, energetic hair salon that is the scene. He began his career in Beverly Hills in the entertainment industry, where he developed a passion for glamour and fashion. His vision for Salon Oasis is to give clients a place where just being there makes them feel good. In addition to seeing client’s enjoy the lounge-like environment, it is his plan for everyone who sits in his chair to feel welcome, pampered and just a little more glamorous.

Stylist
Miguel with over 20 years experience is the Salon Oasis Style Director for the cutting floor. He comes to Boca Raton from Panama via Germany. He specializes in all phases of haircutting and styling.
Adriana Smith
Stylist
Adriana is a Stylist at our salon. She brings her style from Brazil specializing in the Brazilian Keratin Treatment as well as men’s haircutting and women’s long, and Ouidad haircutting and styling.
Raquel Santos
Stylist
Raquel, who trained in New York, specializes in all phases of women’s and men’s cutting and styling. She is also one of our amazing special occasion hair designers.
