Originally from Montreal, Tirtsa moved to Florida in 2019 to launch Salon Oasis in the heart of Boca Raton for customers to escape the ordinary and experience the extraordinary.
She is now surrounded by a multicultural team of highly skilled beauty experts offering a range of services from beauty to well-being and med spa.

Tanya Grobman, ARNP is a Master injector with over 15 years of experience in Medical Aesthetics and believes in the ability to defy the aging process. Aging does not occur overnight and the journey to restore youth is a process that is unique to each individual. Tanya obtained her Masters Degree in Nursing for the purpose of becoming an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, and is Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Tanya has gone through extensive training with some of the most acclaimed Dermatologists, including world renowned Dr. Shino Bay Aguilera and the lip goddess of Norway, Julie Horne. Tanya is passionate about cosmetic medicine and is always keeping up to date with anti-aging science, cutting edge technology, and innovative approaches.

Lisa Burbank, LE, CCE, CME is a licensed paramedical aesthetician, electrologist and laser technician who has had a passion for medical aesthetics for over 20 years. She attended Boca Beauty Academy for skin care and graduated with honors. She started her career with a dermatologist specializing in spider veins, broken capillaries, and cherry angioma removal as well as laser hair removal. She is a result driven technician who has a keen understanding about properly nourishing the skin and preventing skin conditions as well as reversing pre-existing conditions and skin damage. She is especially compassionate in treating women with acne scarring, hyperpigmentation and melasma. Lisa would love the opportunity to speak with you in helping you achieve your skin care goals.

Tina has been passionately designing and shaping brows for over 20 years. She received her aesthetician’s license from the Florida College of Natural Health, then pursued advanced training in brow sculpting at various upscale salons throughout Southern Florida.

Aly is a born and raised true Floridian with a full specialist esthetician license. She graduated from Aveda Institute and worked in various med spas in South Florida. She specializes in all things skin, medical facials, Microneedling, Exosomes, Hair and Scalp health, Lash Lifts, Brow Laminations, and Waxing. Her medical approach help various anti-aging skin concerns such as acne, redness, hyperpigmentation and more. outside of the spa, Aly is a nursing student and a CrossFit athlete. She hopes to share her passion for health and wellness with her clients and help them reach their overall appearance goals.
